At Eyal Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery and home garden products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and that plants have been maintained according to our care instructions during their stay with you.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our nursery via a tracked courier service or drop them off at our physical location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any shipping fees.
