What is your return policy for nursery items?

Non-living items like pots and tools can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging. For live plants, we offer a 48-hour health guarantee; if your plant arrives damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement.

How do I know which plant is right for my home's lighting?

Every product page includes a 'Care Guide' section detailing light requirements. You can also contact our expert horticulturalists via WhatsApp for a personalized recommendation based on your space.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Are your plants shipped with pots?

Most of our plants are shipped in their standard plastic nursery pots. However, you can choose to add one of our decorative ceramic or terracotta pots to your order, and we can even pot it for you upon request.
